Multiparametric flowmeters TriMeter Turbo M25, Vortek PRO-V M22, etc.
Flowmeters-correctors TriMeter-turbo use three built-in sensors: a turbine (speed sensor), a resistance thermometer, a piezoelectric absolute pressure sensor and a built-in microprocessor calculator to correct the volumetric flow rate to mass flow values (calculating the mass value (kg/h) or bringing to normal conditions for liquids, steam and gases (Nm 3/h)).
Flowmeters are available in the following versions:
- M25-V - measurement of volume flow of liquid, gas and steam under operating conditions;
- M25-VT - with an additional built-in temperature sensor and corrector for measuring mass flow with temperature density correction (recommended for saturated steam and liquids with varying density);
- M25-VTP - with built-in temperature, pressure sensors and a corrector for measuring mass flow and gas flow reduced to standard conditions (recommended for superheated steam and gases)
Multiparametric vortex flowmeters-correctors Pro-V M22 (pipe-substituting design) measure up to three flow parameters - volume flow, pressure, temperature - and calculate the density and mass flow of liquids and gases (gas flow reduced to normal conditions) with one connection to the process.
Pro-V M22 flow meter models measure:
- M22-V - volumetric flow rate (volume)
- M22-VT - mass flow rate (mass) saturated steam and liquids with temperature density correction;
- M22-VTP - mass flow rate (mass) liquids and gaseous media (gas, saturated and superheated steam) with correction of density and Re number by pressure and temperature in closed pipelines with nominal passage diameters from DN15 to DN200 (on request - up to Dn300).
Multiparametric vortex flowmeters-correctors Pro-V M23 (submersible version) measure up to three flow parameters - volume flow, pressure, temperature - and calculate the density and mass flow of liquids and gases (gas flow reduced to normal conditions) at one connection to the process.
The Pro-V M23 flow meter models measure:
- M23-V - volumetric flow rate (volume)
- M23-VT - mass flow rate (mass) saturated steam and liquids with temperature density correction;
- M23-VTP - mass flow rate (mass) liquids and gaseous media (gas, saturated and superheated steam) with correction of density and Re number by pressure and temperature in pressure pipelines with nominal passage diameters from DN50 to Dn1800.
